✨A year ago, I decided to give up all beauty maintenance routines 💸 and started doing as much as I could myself. One of the best upgrades in my self-care routine has been wearing press-on nails. Here’s my process for achieving beautiful, long-lasting nails:

**1. Prep Your Nails**: Start by cleaning your nails. Remove any polish, gently push back your cuticles with a cuticle pusher, and buff your nails to create a smooth surface. It’s essential to remove any debris before moving on, so use an alcohol pad for this step.

*Pro Tip*: Use a nail prep solution to enhance adhesion in the final prep step.

**2. Choose the Right Size**: Select press-on nails that fit your fingers. Try each one on to ensure a good fit. If necessary, file the sides for a better match.

**3. Apply Adhesive**: Apply a small amount of glue to both your natural nail and the press-on nail.

**4. Press and Hold**: Position the press-on nail against your natural nail starting from the cuticle to prevent air bubbles. Press down firmly for about 10-15 seconds to secure it in place.

**5. Finish Up**: After applying all the nails, massage cuticle oil into your cuticles.
