Shower, shave, exfoliate, lotion - let dry.
Apply tanning mousse on with mitt, leave on overnight or for ~ 8 hours. Rinse off.
I like to apply a daily gradual tanner to keep my tan moisturized and add in a little more color daily as it wears.
