iced lavender matcha latte recipe 💜:

1. Boil water to 140°F - 160°F in kettle

2. Place the bamboo whisk into your bowl/chawan

3. Pour hot water into bowl/chawan and allow bamboo whisk to sit for about 1 minute

4. Remove bamboo whisk and pour out water from the bowl/chawan

5. Use a towel to dry off bowl/chawan

6. Scoop 1/4 or 1/2 teaspoon of matcha powder

7. Grab your sifter and soft matcha powder into your bowl/chawan

8. Pour about 1oz of warm (not boiling) water over matcha powder in bowl/chawan

9. Grab bamboo whisk and whisk matcha for about 30 seconds following an ‘M’ or ‘W’ motion.

10. Grab your glass & add 1 teaspoon of lavender monin gourmet syrup

11. Fill your glass with ice

12. Pour 4-6oz of califia farms oat barista blend into glass

13. Pour matcha from your bowl/chawan into your glass

14. Stir, sip and enjoy :)

recipe below:
warm up 1-3 bars of Lindt Chocolate white chocolate

stir until smooth

pour chocolate in a small bowl or cup

sift and add 1-2 tbs of ippodo tea matcha

mix and blend until matcha is evenly distributed

clean and fully dry off strawberries

dip strawberries into chocolate, then immediately dip into bowl of ice cold water to harden the chocolate quicker
once chocolate hardens, add chocolate art on top for fun

taste and enjoy 🤸🏾‍♀️✨

my magnesium mocktail recipe + wine glass deets 🍷:

1tsp of Moon Juice Magnesi-om ‘Berry Calm’ flavor
optional: add 1 scoop of nello calm magnesium powder
1-2oz of Tart Cherry Juice
1-2 oz of Olipop strawberry vanilla flavor
+ add ice
stir, mix, sip & enjoy 🥰💗. flavor is 11/10!!

My new @sodastream Terra Gold added the perfect amount of fizziness to my caramel spiked apple
cider that i never knew i needed. i’m obsessed! Just add in a few cherry bubly drops (with zero sugar
and calories) and now you have your new fall-time drink in your hands.

Spiked caramel apple cider recipe:
4oz Apple Cider
2oz Rum
Ground cinnamon
Caramel sauce
*Add ingredients into shaker with ice then pour into glass.

Follow up with:
Adding 3/4 tsp @sodastream cherry bubly drops into your already sparking water bottle
Pour 2-3oz of sparkling water to the rim of your glass

Finish off with:
Slicing 2-3 apple slices
1 cinnamon stick
Add cinnamon sugar to rim of your glass
Drizzle Caramel sauce on top

Enjoy!
