Tips: 🎄
1. Depending on the size of your vase get longer stems. That way you can bend the wire accordingly.
2. For larger vases stuff an old blanket or towel (or two) to give the stems more elevation and structure (aka how to make it WOW worthy)
3. The larger pine cone berry branches are from hobby lobby so I can’t link them. However I’ve linked other options that are proven to be similar.
4. A little thing I do: I always assemble and then walk away from it. Leave it. Then around. Because if you fool with it too much you will lose your absolute mind.

The top one the best outdoor window wreath I’ve ever found. Not that you neeed a window wreath to be over-the-top gorgeous but this one IS! Make sure to jujjee it and it will be 2x a big.

Christmas trees and planters 101:

1. A good rule of thumb is to have the bottom branches of whatever tree you’re placing in a planter, to be several inches over the edge. For smaller trees you shouldn’t have an issue just stuffing it full of old blankets or sheets and making a little hole in the middle to fit the tree-pole inside.
2. For larger trees get a planter that has a wider diameter (definitely over 20 inches)
3. I’ve seen some people physically fit the tree stand in a wider-diameter planter but keep in mind that in order to do that, you would need to make sure the tree STAND width can fit inside the width of the planter.

Ok I’ve well surpassed the amount of times I should ever say the word planter in a day.

Part 25: Outdoor Christmas decor 🫠🎄

Highlights:
1. The only thing I would spend extra money on when it comes to outdoor holiday decor is a front door wreath.
2. Howeverrr even if you buy beautiful add ons for a wreath like bronze bells (without the actual inside bell thing of course) burgundy berry stems, velvet ribbon etc. it will still be an ugly wreath if the wreath itself is cheap!
3. Inflatables are the seasonal term for pillows-with-words-on-it.

Highlights:
1. You won’t get that natural droop on your mantle using just garland alone. Layer in a mix of textured stems and branches first, then let the real-touch garland drape over them to create that full, elevated look.
2. For those asking about how to fill up those real Christmas trees (like, from the wild) use the long piney stems I showed you here!
3. I’ve yet to find a fabulous huge front door wreath that is less than $50. I’ll continue the hunt for all of us later this week.

How to decorate your tree part 3! 🎄

Highlights
1. FOAF. FOAF needs to happen FIRST. Then ribbon. Fill it up!
2. When considering what type of filler ornaments to use make sure they are light as a feather! These here are shatterproof and a set of 4 is $12. Also make sure they’re not one-toned. Anything that has texture and is also reflective is KEY!
3. Foliage is your new best friend (aside from me of course). Use it to give your tree some body yadi yadi yadi yadi.

How to decorate your tree or 2 🎄

Highlights:
1. Measure your ceiling height— tree needs to be (at max) 1 ft below said height— and look up the specs of the tree before you buy it. Whatever diameter the full base of the tree is make sure it aligns with where you are placing it. Is it going to be touching other furniture? Is it going to cause clutter?
2. Tree collar. All I can can say is buy two of the one I got that way you can play around with it because it has latches and is a PB DUPE. Literally such a prime one.
3. For side trees (side pieces) these are typically the ones that are not the main tree. Therefore, they are in corners of your dining room or entryway, no need for a tree topper. Make them tall.

TBH. I was not expecting to be blown away by this tree because all the big home accounts start pushing it hard come like July.

I was wrong. I was absolutely wrong. This is the most beautiful tree I’ve ever seen in my entire life. The 4000+ tiny twinkle lights and the branches I mean I will say…. This is worth every. Single penny. And talk about an EASY TAKE down!! Plus the box is huge so you don’t need to cram it in when storing it.
