OBSESS!"
Look at your baby. Feel their chest, back, and tummy. If they feel flushed or sweaty, remove a layer. If they feels cold, add a layer under the swaddle or sleep sack.
(Remember: no hats, mittens, or loose blankets).
Please don't obsess about the thermostat. Trust how you feel in what you're wearing and your ability to assess your little one. I promise, it really is that easy!

On Instagram, I was talking about the “messy middle” of parenthood. (You know, when it feels like you’re failing and everything is hard? Yeah, that’s just the normal “messy middle.” Not failure!) Anyway, I was wearing a denim V-neck from Madewell and many were asking about it! Well, It’s about 3 seasons old and sold-out, but this one is THIS season’s and I absolutely love it (maybe more than mine!).
