If you love looking pulled together without sacrificing comfort, these are it.

They’re nice and long — I’m 5’6” and can easily wear them with kitten heels, heels, boots, or even wedge sandals. They’re fitted through the thigh with a flared leg, which gives the most flattering, slimming, elongating silhouette.

And the comfort… unreal. Truly more comfortable than leggings. They feel like super-soft pants, but look like structured, dressed-up jeans — the best of both worlds.

So many ways to style these, which is why I reach for them constantly. Perfect for holiday dressing, dinner plans, or anytime you want to look chic but stay comfortable.

The viral pair of Mother Denim. You know the ones they say if you try them on, you’ll buy them. Accurate. I already own them in Fan Favorite and also have the Flood version, but they just came out with a new wash called Bitchin. I saw it in person today and grabbed it immediately. It is SUCH a gorgeous color. Fit is TTS. I’m 5’6” and they are the perfect length for a low heel.

Jeans of the day. Mother Denim Kick It… a straight leg with just a touch more length to wear with heels or a kitten-heel mule. They feel polished without trying too hard and look great with cozy boho sweaters for fall. These are flattering, comfortable, and so versatile for everyday outfits over 50. 💛
I purchased mine at Nordstrom in the color Fan Favorite. I’m wearing true to size and they are perfect. They have good stretch for comfort. Love these and highly recommend.

FIT + RISE
The “Kick It” is a high-rise straight-leg jean, which is one of the most flattering silhouettes for women 40, 50, 60 and beyond. The rise is high enough to support and smooth through the midsection, without being uncomfortable or cutting into your waist. These are jeans you can actually sit in — carpool line, coffee meeting, plane seat — and not immediately want to change. The waistband has structure, but it’s not rigid. The overall fit hugs where you want shape, and skims where you want ease.

FABRIC + FEEL
The fabric is what makes these special and so wearable. They’re made of 78% cotton, 16% modal, 4% polyester, and 2% elastane. What that means in real life:
• The cotton gives them the look and feel of real denim.
• The modal makes them soft, almost like they’ve already been broken in.
• The elastane + poly provide stretch that moves with you, but doesn’t bag out.

LEG SHAPE + INSEAM
This is a true straight-leg, not skinny and not wide. The leg falls cleanly from the hip to the hem, which elongates the silhouette and creates that straight, flattering line we love. The inseam gives enough length to wear full-length with boots, flats, loafers, sneakers, or small heels — but you can cuff once if you prefer an ankle moment. If you’re petite, these hem beautifully because the hem is clean (no distressing to lose).

SIZING NOTES
These run true to size for most people. If you’re between sizes, the smaller size typically works because the stretch is accommodating.
