I can’t get over how much i actually love puffy sleeve dresses now that ive figured out which ones look great on me.

As a short girl with a big chest and a midsize shape, the sleeves have to be about 3/4 length and the neckline has to drop and can’t come up too high. It also has to flare out at the hips adding more of an hourglass appearance.

One of my truly most favorite dresses to date. The puffy sleeves trend has not been one I’ve been loving because of my Apple shape and being larger chested. Hence I’ve steered clear of the trend, but this dress I’ve found to be flattering for my shape. It is convenient because the waistline is stretchy and adjustable to my waist size and the length of these sleeves are the perfect length to accentuate my top heavy shape.

This one shoulder dress is so flattering for a short curvy midsize girl like me. The lines on the dress add length and the tie waist belt add dimension. The one shoulder also elongates my chest area creating such and all around elegant look.

I chose this Amazon find for a gloomy June wedding in Los Angeles, but the majority of people chose neutral or dark colors. Being a Floridian gal, I always opt for bright colors or florals because that’s what looks great with my blonde hair, tan skin and bright surroundings in my home state FL.

One of my favorite spring dresses so far.

As a midsize girl I always gravitate to solids rather then patterns on clothing, because patterns tend to make you look larger and solids create a more slender and elongated look. It’s unfortunate, because I LOVE florals. Patterns can create such a statement look, so when I do select a patterned dress or outfit, I am extremely particular.

When selecting a pattern I make sure the rest of the aspects of the dress fit perfectly and flatter my curves just right, where as for solids I am more flexible and the dress or outfit can be baggier or slimmer fits.

I love me a red dress and on top of that I am a huge fan of Vici Collection dresses. They have a fantastic selection of midsize friendly clothing.

This dress is light weight, breathable and adjustable straps for the top and has a fairly loose fit around the bust and chest area making it very comfy and versatile.
