This is a lovely waistcoat to wear with a tailored wide leg as it sits a little shorter - the fabric has a tencel like appearance and it’s a great price.

The trousers are on my recommend list already - a chic pleat front , elasticated wide leg that doesn’t crease too much! Available in 3 lengths. Wearing a U.K. 14 regular

Day 5 of 5: Summer Workwear

Ending on a classic — you can’t beat a great shirt.
This one comes in a soft oxford cotton with a modern cropped fit = easy styling win. If you love shirts, this one’s a must have and loved by all!
Wearing a medium

Paired with pleat front ankle grazers: in a lightweight linen viscose blend — they work with loafers , ballet flats , sandals , heels - the ultimate easy go-to.
Wearing the medium regular length - they fit slightly too small and too short on me - perfect length should graze about 1-1.5 inches above the ankle bone.

Day 2 of 5: Summer Workwear

Keeping things classic yet modern. This is about building a functional wardrobe with pieces that layer effortlessly and deliver on that ‘feel good’
I keep switching up accessories in the series but a-lot of what I use is versatile and can easily be styled with other outfits.

Today’s outfit features a trouser I’ve been buying for years — high-waisted with a clean straight-wide leg, available in three lengths and a curvy fit for added room through the hip and thigh. It wears and washes well, and works year-round.

I’ve added an elevated knitted vest top in a clean viscose yarn and linen bomber that lifts the darker trouser for the season.

I’ve used tan accessories to inject a little more tone - but black /brown would also work well.

Pleat trousers - regular fit 30 long (I’d say these fit 12/14) but it’s best to go by your waist measure on these trousers. If curvier you may find the curve love fit better. Other shades available and a lower rise.

Summer Workwear 🌞
Wow — it’s hot out there, so today’s outfit is all about keeping cool while still looking pulled together for work.

It’s a bumper reel because I started with this chic waistcoat co-ord (love!)… then got carried away styling a few alternatives to the shorts. I know shorts can be a no-go in some workplaces, so I’ve shown a few swap-out options to suit different dress codes.

Hopefully this gives you some inspo and reminds you of pieces you already own that could work just as well.
