I’ve been wearing a hat everyday. Truthfully it’s because I don’t want to fix my hair. It’s sunny here so the wool caps I wore in Paris aren’t cutting in Canes so instead I’m styling my scarf as a hat.

This is easy to do with any square scarf approximately 38”

This is why I always travel with a large scarf. They work well to accessorize a cold weather travel outfit or make a new one for warm weather.

Save this post with directions on how to tie a scarf.

1. Start with a large square scarf (mine is approx 52” wide) and fold it into a triangle
3. Tie in a knot around your waist with point facing down.
3. Separate the two pieces from the point and bring one piece up over each shoulder to tie around your neck.
4. Any extra fabric in the back can be tied around your bra or brought back to the front and tied at your waist.

Paris I love you but Cannes may have stolen my heart. Spent the afternoon at two of my favorite places to stroll …by the sea and by shopping. Feeling comfortable in my denim shirt dress and Celine accessories. I spotted at least 3 wearing my exact sunnies. The brown leather case I’m wearing comes with them.

We have had the most beautiful weather in Paris. We excepted rain and God gave us sunshine. A few of the right things can make all the outfits you need… even if it rains or you get pooped on by a pigeon. So far we have only encountered one.
