My house has fitness equipment in it in every single room! This was one of the most fun gifts I have ever received! I wanted to show you what my mini trampoline/rebounder looks like so you can get an idea of how much space it’ll take up. It’s super easy to assemble and you don’t have to assemble it with the handle bar if you prefer. I actually took my handlebar off so that when I’m not using my trampoline, I can turn it up on its side and store it away easily.🤸🏻‍♀️

I love my mini indoor trampoline so much! Every single time I jump on it for just a couple of minutes my whole mood changes and I become energized and happy. It’s a great way to get the heart pumping and the blood flowing and honestly, it gives me the same effects as caffeine.✨

Now that I’ve been working out a lot more, I’ve gotta take my recovery, even more seriously. In addition to hot Epsom salt baths, infrared, sauna, Normatec/Hyperice, massage gun, and creatine, I also use CBD balms. They feel great!✨🏃🏻‍♀️✨

I have no idea what this contraption is called, but I found it at my friend’s gym and I had to try it out. 🤣 It feels like a bicycle for my arms and it rocked my abs! I kind of love it. I’ve been wearing my Barefoot shoes when I I train in kickboxing, and just walking around. I’m still breaking them in for the next several months before I start running in them, but I can tell you that I absolutely love them and I really love how they look!

I can’t even count how many times I’ve received compliments on this bag. And they are all well deserved. I use it as my work bag and my gym bag. It holds everything, including all of my drinks. It also has two compartments for water bottles and it fits the 18 ounce yeti bottle perfectly! And if I spill them, which I do from time to time, all I have to do is wipe the bag with a wet cloth and I’m good to go! It’s very easy to clean and it’s sturdy. OK, why didn’t I find this running belt sooner? In all honesty it took me a solid week to adjust to it but now it’s gonna be hard to run without it. I don’t ever have to worry about wearing a running vest, an arm band, or pants that have pockets. I really like the way the running belt looks too because it’s discreet and actually cute! And if you’re holding your phone while you run, I highly recommend you try this because if you go hands-free, you’ll be able to concentrate even harder on your running form. I am not afraid of eating carbs. It’s about WHEN you eat your carbs that matters. If you’ve got a big, demanding workout the next day, then it might be in your best interest to have some carbs the night before, and then a high-quality electrolyte mix during your workout. I’ve been test driving this new running belt and I’m sold. I’ve used running vests, backpacks and arm bands and this running belt is the best. Level up your training with a durable weight vest. The one I’m wearing is made by 5.11 tactical.
