SKIN🧴

since SO many of you have been messaging me about @oneskin.co , I wanted to give you a heads up that their once-a-year sale starts Nov 24 and runs through Dec 1. The savings stack (even on bundles), which is honestly the only time I stock up. Figured I’d share since so many of you have been waiting for this!! 🥳🧴

If you are into biohacking and science backed products, you need to try these. No joke. I actually heard about these on a podcast a couple years ago and I never bought something so fast. There’s a reason why these products were patented. There’s nothing else out there on the market like it. Oh, and they’re clean.

Everything I used for my Sunday self-care reset. I love how hydrating and soothing this collagen mask is. Instant glass skin. Also, it’s part of the Amazon Black Friday sale. This would be the perfect stocking stuffer or a gift for your friend that loves self-care as well

Holy Grail skincare products that are part of the Amazon Black Friday sale that I will purchase forever

How I skin stamp my skin with his insane serum I recently discovered. It’s so good. They use it in in office treatments. It’s exosomes derived from red deer umbilical cords.

#LTKmomlife #LTKBeauty #LTKOver40
Sunday self-care night ✨

Here’s the lineup:
• Dermaplaning with my scalpel for that glassy, makeup-melting glow
• Toner + essence while the skin is still damp (non-negotiable for peak absorption)
• Collagen mask + 5 minutes under the steamer to push everything deeper
• Growth factors + a barrier-repair moisturizer to lock in the real magic
• Finished with two nourishing oils and an occlusive so I wake up looking way more expensive than I did at 6 pm

#LTKHome #LTKselfcare #LTKBeauty
Like I said to my other post, this was my first time using this Hydro pen and I hated it. I cannot recommend it. I felt like there was drag, even with using the hyaluronic acid. Moving forward, i’m just going to use my Amazon micro needling stamper at a .25 depth and do one pass in each area and immediately apply the calecim directly after. You could also use your dr skin pen at a low depth as well. I did a deep dive on what is the best product to use with micro needling and hands-down it was this product. It’s patented and made from red deer umbilical cords. It literally tells your skin to, “Wake up, rebuild, restore.”

#LTKBeauty #LTKOver40 #LTKGiftGuide
What makes Calecim Professional Serum stand out is that it doesn’t just treat your skin—it talks to your skin cells. It uses a patented complex called PTT-6®, derived from ethically-sourced umbilical-cord lining stem cells, which includes over 3,000 messaging molecules (growth factors, cytokines, exosomes) that trigger fibroblasts to boost collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid.

And why is it ahead of anything else out there? Because most “advanced” skincare stops at peptides or antioxidant actives. Calecim goes one step further—it’s a regenerative approach, giving your skin the same type of messaging it uses when it was young and healthy. There are even studies showing it thickens the dermis and accelerates repair after lasers and microneedling.

It’s literally saying, “Wake up, rebuild, restore.” But like I said in the video, I did not like the micro needle or I used. It was a new one for me. It was like a Hydro pen and I felt like there was drag and that’s not good. So I will go back to using my eight dollar Amazon stamper in between my deeper micro needling treatments. So I will do this about once or twice a week depending on how my skin reacts at a very low depth, like .25 and just make one pass in each area and work in sections and apply the calecim immediately after each section

#LTKBeauty #LTKOver40 #LTKGiftGuide
So I’ve been doing the Ashley mixon method. If you haven’t heard about that, look her up on TikTok. It’s incredible. So I will apply all my toners and essence and then I apply the polish choice exfoliate. If my skin is acting a little sensitive, I will avoid it. Then I move onto my vitamin C and growth factors. After that, I will spray my face with that aestura moisture spray and then follow up with the cream. My skin has been so glowy lately. It’s loving it!

Collagen starts to decline in our 20s — but you can absolutely rebuild and protect it at home. Here’s what actually works and how often I do each:

Microneedling: deeper treatment once a month to trigger new collagen and smooth texture.

Red Light Therapy: 3–4x a week for 10–15 minutes to energize skin cells and boost collagen.

Microcurrent: a few minutes, 3–5x a week to tone, lift, and strengthen facial muscles. Use code ASH50 for an additional $50 off and ASH30 for $30 off the PDRN Serum Refill

Retinoids + Peptides: nightly retinoid for renewal, morning and nightly peptides to signal collagen repair.

Collagen + Protein + Vitamin C: Collagen + Vitamin C + Silica: Collagen gives your skin the building blocks, vitamin C activates them, and silica helps lock it all in. Together they strengthen and stabilize new collagen — for firmer, smoother skin from the inside out.

SPF: every single morning — it protects what you’re building.

Prioritizing sleep & add Melatonin: Supports deep sleep, balances hormones, and helps your skin repair and rebuild collagen overnight.

These steps keep my skin firm, glowy, and supported year-round. Everything I use is linked here. 🤍

This 4 in 1 AMIRO HydraGlow Booster kit has red light, microcurrent, and a PDRN serum that actually makes my skin look tighter and more hydrated after just a few uses. I try a lot of gadgets and honestly, this is one of the most effective devices I’ve tried in a long time. You can literally see it working.
PDRN serum is excellent. It comes from salmon (yep, the salmon sperm you keep hearing about), but this one has a professional level concentration of 3500 ppm. It’s very effective and gentle on sensitive skin. The PDRN is incredible for its ability to repair the skin and its anti-aging properties.

Use code ASH50 for additional $50 off

I am so obsessed with this powder. I love the little finger pad it comes with as well.

How I dermaplane my skin at home:
1️⃣ Start with clean, dry skin.
2️⃣ Use a new dermaplane blade every time — dull blades cause irritation.
3️⃣ Hold it at a 45° angle and use short, downward strokes (never drag!).
4️⃣ Avoid active breakouts or irritated skin.
5️⃣ Finish with a calming serum or hydrating essence.

It’s quick, oddly satisfying, and gives that smooth-as-glass base for skincare and makeup. Just take your time with doing it though, don’t rush the process because you need to be careful. You’ll never go back to those tinkle razors or whatever they’re called.

Love steaming my face while using facial mask. I’ve also linked my fav items I use below for face flooding. I will double cleanse my face and then put the sheet mask on and steam my face and then I’ll wait about 20 minutes and then I will do my face flooding technique while I’m still using the steamer.

✨ My At-Home Microneedling Routine (Step-by-Step)

1️⃣ Cleanse Thoroughly
I start with a double cleanse to make sure my skin is completely free of makeup, SPF, and oils — I want a totally clean canvas before I even think about needling.

2️⃣ Sanitize Everything
I disinfect the microneedling pen, needle cartridge, and even my face with 70% isopropyl alcohol. (This step is non-negotiable.)

3️⃣ Apply My Slip Serum
I use pure hyaluronic acid as my glide — it keeps the pen moving smoothly and hydrates while I go.

4️⃣ Layer in my Biopelle Growth Factors before starting, I add a few drops of my favorite growth-factor serum so those active ingredients can absorb deeper as I work.

5️⃣ Start Needling (Face First)
I move in gentle, even motions section by section — forehead, cheeks, chin, then upper lip — making sure not to press too hard. Slow and steady wins here.

6️⃣ Don’t Forget the Extras
I always include my neck, chest, hands, and even knees — anywhere I want firmer, smoother skin. They age too!

7️⃣ Post-Treatment Care
Immediately after, I apply a PDRN hydrating mask to calm and replenish. I leave it on overnight so my skin can fully recover while I sleep.

8️⃣ The Morning After
I rinse with cool water and use only gentle, hydrating skincare. No actives for 48 hours — just moisture and SPF.

9️⃣ The Glow Phase
By day two, my skin looks insanely smooth and luminous. It’s my favorite glow of the month. 💫

Needle depth totally depends on your skin type, comfort level, and the device you’re using — follow the manufacturer’s settings and go conservative for at-home use.

⚠️ Reminder: This is my personal routine, not medical advice — always follow your device’s instructions and check with your dermatologist before trying microneedling at home.

This is the exact serum I use when I microneedle. The biopelle 50 is supposed to be like a facial in a vile. Treated like a treatment, not a serum. I use that once a week. I’ve noticed a significant difference in brightness, elasticity, and firming.

#LTKGiftGuide #LTKBeauty #LTKOver40
Apparently, this line is loved by a celebrity aestheticians! I cannot wait to dive in🤓

#LTKGiftGuide #LTKOver40 #LTKBeauty
You definitely don’t need all of these products. I just personally love all of them because they all have different benefits. But I realize it’s a lot! So you start with the toners first. You apply them onto your skin wet. I just pour them in my hands and dab on my face. Then you put the essence on. You can use as many or as little as you want. And then you follow up with your Peptides, your eye serum, and your face moisturizer!

#LTKBeauty #LTKFindsUnder50 #LTKOver40
If you’re not familiar with the Mixon method, look up Ashley Mixon on TikTok. She explains everything! The theory behind it is you’re supposed to walk in hydration while your skin is wet. So you’re applying a bunch of toners and essence on your wet skin. I am absolutely loving it! Below the products that I am using. You obviously don’t need to buy all of these but each and everyone I’ve listed below are fantastic and most of them are on sale right now.

#LTKFindsUnder50 #LTKBeauty #LTKSaleAlert
If you haven’t checked out the Ashley Mixon flooding method, you should! I’ve seen a Jurassic change in hydration levels with my skin. I’m loving it! Anyway, these are my holy Grail skin care products and they’re all on sale. The sale is from 10/7-10/8 so don’t miss it!

Truffle spray- it’s what I was using in the video. Floods your skin with hydration and micro-oils that smooth texture, plump fine lines, and reflect light—instantly giving that poreless, dewy “glass skin” glow.

I’ve got plenty of regrets (hello, Gwen Stefani bleached blonde hair and pencil thin eyebrows💀), but skincare isn’t one of them. The earlier you get consistent, the less you’ll spend later trying to fix what you could’ve prevented. Future you will thank u!

Skincare habits I’m SO glad i started doing early 👇

•Wearing SPF daily, even when I thought I “didn’t need it”
•Learning to cycle tretinoin and exfoliation instead of overdoing it
•Investing in growth factor + peptide serums
•Saying yes to Botox in my 20s (no regrets 😎)
•Not being afraid of oils — they lock everything in
•Microneedling at home (game changer for glow, texture + collagen)
•Taking omega-3s daily for skin elasticity + that healthy glow
•Prioritizing facials/lasers and finding an aesthetician I actually trust
•Red wine in moderation 🍷 (polyphenols, thank you very much😘)

*I use the Dr.Pen M8 to do my deeper microneedling- i’ve posted more about how I microneedle here on my LTK. Just plug in microneedling into the search engine.

My Microneedling Stamper Routine (Step-by-Step)

Here’s exactly how I do it 👇
	1.	Sanitize the stamper – always the first step.
	2.	Double cleanse to get my skin super clean.
	3.	Go in with a gentle toner to make sure every trace of makeup is gone.
	4.	I work in sections using a growth factor serum — stamping each spot 3–5 times before moving on.
	5.	For the eye area, I lower the depth to 0.5 mm since that skin is more delicate.
	6.	The rest of my face gets 0.75 mm for max collagen stimulation.
	7.	After stamping, I apply a peptide lotion and nourishing face oil to calm and hydrate.
	8.	I finish with an LED mask + sleep in a collagen mask overnight for that next-level glow.

* I avoid any active acne.

I microneedle weekly to boost collagen, improve texture and tone, and seriously level up my product absorption. It helps soften fine lines, acne scars, and gives me that post-facial glow—without leaving the house.

I use a hypochlorous spray. I linked it here. I also replace my stamper about every 8 to 12 uses which for me is every 2 to 3 months. Because the needles are titanium, they r more durable and last longer.

My ride or die Amazon antiaging products that I re-purchase over and over again. I could go on and on about each one. Each product is so incredibly powerful. I’ve done lots of research on each product and with all the products out there, I find these the best value. Let me know if you have any questions. By the way, the way I listed them is not in the order of how I use them! I also don’t use every single product every night. If you have any questions just message me and I’m happy to talk about how I use them!

Here’s what I do to have high amounts of collagen in my skin still at the age of 42. I use reels about every three days. I will use retinol one night, and then glycolic and then the next night I will take a break and focus on hydrating. I also try to use my LED facemask every night. Red LED light boosts collagen by stimulating fibroblasts, increasing cell energy, and reducing inflammation for firmer, smoother skin.

Exactly what I do to maintain high collagen levels

#LTKActive #LTKOver40 #LTKBeauty
To begin, my microneedler is Dr. Pen m8 but there are a lot of websites that claim to be Dr. Pen so I linked another one from Derm store that looks very close to mine.
1. First I prep my skin by make sure it is totally clean. You do not want to be needling your skin with traces of makeup or oil on your skin. I finish with wiping with rubbing alcohol to make sure it’s completely clean. (I don’t use numbing cream but if you want to, then do this now but make sure to completely clean of off after)
2. I always use a brand new cartridge each time I microneedle.
3. I start with areas that hurt less like my cheeks and chin. I use a 2.0 depth and 5 speed but I have been doing this for a while. I use the Biopelle growth factors for slip and work in small sections going on circular motions. I will go over the same area a couple times then move on.
4. For the forehead and eye area, the skin is thing and there’s not much fat so it will hurt more and you need to lower the depth. I do .75 for depth and 5 speed.
(If the slip dries up too quickly I spray the glycerin rose water in that section.)
5. Now for my body I will do 2.0-2.5 depth with a 5 speed.
6. When I’m done I open a new biopelle ampoule and pat it on the skin. Biopelle is great to use with microneedling because its growth factor-rich formula accelerates skin repair, boosts collagen, and enhances overall results by deeply nourishing freshly treated skin.
7. Then I apply the OneSkin peptide (the eye cream has the highest concentration of the peptide OS-01. This peptide supports cellular repair, boosts collagen, and slows skin aging at the source.
8. Next is red light. Red light after microneedling speeds up healing, reduces inflammation, and boosts collagen for even better skin-rejuvenating results.
9. Lastly I sleep with this collagen mask on. Sleeping with a collagen mask after microneedling helps deeply hydrate and replenish the skin while maximizing collagen absorption during its most active repair phase overnight. I’ve used many, even significantly more expensive ones but I always go back to this one.

How I microneedle my face at home. First I make sure my face is really clean and I take a cotton ball with alcohol on it and rub it all over my face to get all the dirt off. I spray a bunch of rosewater and slather my face with the cosrx snail muicen so it glides easily and I get all that goodness into my skin. And then I microneedle with the skin pen. After that, I apply the biopelle serum and let that dry. Then I put the sheet mask on and I sleep with that overnight. For the other areas of my body that I microneedled like my stomach, my hands and my neck, I will apply the OneSkin eye cream because it has the highest concentration of the OS-01 peptide. In the morning I wash my face as usual, but I skip the vitamin C because it can be irritating to damaged skin. But I will apply my allies of skin serum and the cos eye patches.

#LTKBeauty #LTKOver40 #LTKSaleAlert
What are used to microneedle at home. I sleep with the mask on after I micro needle my face. I wash my face, then use rubbing alcohol to make sure I have all the oil and make up off my skin and then I microneedle my whole face, my neck, the back of my hands, my knees, and the stretch marks around my belly
