Blueberry Mojito!

Highball glass
Shaker
Strainer

About 10 blueberries
Fresh mint
2 ounces white rum (more if wanted)
3 ounces club soda
1/2 ounce simple syrup
1/2 ounce lime juice

Muddle blueberries and some fresh mint in a shaker.
Add rum, clime juice, simple syrup, and ice.
Shake well.
Using strainer, pour over ice in highball glass.
Pour club soda over top.
Gently stir
Add mint sprig and blueberries on a pick.

It’s almost time for S’mores - this is the perfect adult s’mores! Dip the rim in melted chocolate and then in graham cracker crumbs and place ice in glass. Mix 1 ounce chocolate liqueur and 1/2 ounce vanilla vodka or white rum in shaker with ice. Shake until outside is cold and, using a strainer, pour into prepared glass. Top with 1.5 ounces of heavy cream. Place marshmallows on pick and heat with torch. Place pick across top of glass!
